Pricing

Each ACT actor-based corporate training event is individual. However, for the purposes of transparency, the basic fee structure is comprised of a combination of the following elements:

Actors’ Fee
We charge an hourly rate of CHF 150 per actor for performance time, rehearsal time and travel time.
This provides you with maximum flexibility compared with pricing based on a fixed full or half day rate.

Travel expenses are charged in addition.

Script Preparation and Consultation Fee
For events where scripted rather than improvised scenarios are preferred, we offer additional support from the writing of entire scripted pieces or scenario planning to the review and editing of scripts, which have already been prepared.

We generally recommend that a script/scenario review be conducted in advance of the event as ACT’s theatrical input with respect to roles, characterization, and emotional drivers can greatly contribute to the desired result of the actual role-play.

As the degree of desired involvement in this area varies on a case-by-case basis, we charge an hourly rate of CHF 250 for script preparation and consultation.

One Time Coordination Fee
This covers the time and the cost involved in the organization and administration of the event.

No MWST is applicable.
